Amidst one of the most challenging years for the hospitality industry, these four Marriott Vacation Club resorts boasted average occupancy rates of 94 percent and collectively welcomed approximately 482,000 guests through their doors in 2009.

The voluntary Florida Green Lodging Program is a state initiative which provides the lodging industry with free technical assistance, encouraging hotels and resorts to adopt cost-saving green practices that reduce waste and conserve natural resources.
