When I meet other management and business professionals at industry meets, I am often asked about AIRDA’s mission and purpose. What did we set out to do? What focus groups are we really addressing? And are we getting there?
Broadly, here’s how I have always explained our “stock in trade”. At level one, we play a support role for entrepreneurs in vacation ownership and timeshare – this is the core group around which we are modeled.
At a higher, bird’s eye level we create a common platform for resort owners, end-customers and stakeholders – through education, communication and public relations.
